Proposals for Elimination

The procedure for drawing up the proposals to remove original documents that already have approved valuation tables and sending them to the Document Selection and Valuation Commission is given in article 14 of the Decree 232/2000 of 21 November, by which the Archive Services Regulation and the regulating rules of the Basque Country Documentary Heritage were approved.

The Ministry of Culture is drawing up a new Decree that will regulate the Commission's operation.
